The foundation of a better candle

Unlike paraffin, a petroleum byproduct, or soy and vegetable wax blends often mixed with paraffin, beeswax is nature’s original candle wax. Considered the gold standard, it is valued for its slow, steady burn, its warm golden flame, and a history of being associated with air-purifying qualities.

Beeswax is rarely used in modern candle making because it is more expensive and harder to work with - which is exactly why most brands take the cheaper, easier route.
