REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your Vanam candle. If something is not right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your candle must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition you received it

We are unable to accept returns on used candles or items marked as final sale.

Please note: a £3.50 restocking fee applies to each returned candle. This small fee helps us cover the cost of inspection and safe restocking while continuing to operate sustainably.

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@vanamstudios.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for the return

We’ll reply with return instructions.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of delivery at contact@vanamstudios.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return Shipping

We kindly ask that you arrange your own return shipping. Returns must be shipped back within 10 business days from the date your return is approved. If the item is not received within this timeframe, it will be sent back to you.

Please note: original shipping charges as well as any duties paid are non-refundable.
