SHIPPING POLICY

We know you’re excited to light your Vanam candle, so we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about how we process and ship your candles.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday are usually packed and shipped the same day.
  
  

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or over the weekend/bank holidays, will ship the next working day.

Shipping Options

We currently ship across the UK using Royal Mail:

• Royal Mail 24 (Express)

• Arrives in about 1–2 working days once dispatched.

• Most parcels arrive the next day, but please allow an extra day just in case.
  
  

• Royal Mail 48 (Standard)

• Arrives in about 2–3 working days once dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times are estimates from Royal Mail and can occasionally take a little longer during busy periods. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll get a confirmation email (and tracking details, if available) so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

• Please double-check your delivery address at checkout to avoid any hiccups.
